Eaton is dedicated to powering the industry through education by developing training programs that support engineers, consultants, and electricians throughout their careers. Chris Finen, Eaton National Application Engineer Manager, introduces the Eaton Experiential Learning (ExL) series. The ExL program is designed to further professionals training and experience, regardless of experience level. The course is a 1 to 2-day program that provides hands-on training and demonstrations on full-scale, energized power systems. The ExL program can benefit electrical operators of different job duties: electrical workers, electrical contractors, electric utility operators, and electrical engineers. The course can also be tailored based on experience level, from workforce entrants to experienced electrical professionals: Early career • 1 – 3 years’ experience Mid level • 5 – 10 years experience Advanced • specific applications • advanced equipment protection • specialized industry focus The ExL program is taught at Eaton Experience Centers, Eaton manufacturing plants or Enterprise Data center.
