High power TVS Diodes from Eaton
1:06
Eaton High Power TVS Diodes have high peak pulse current and peak pulse power ratings in small surface mount and radial packages, providing protection for applications ranging from PoE switches to high voltage industrial equipment. Eaton’s high-power surface mount TVS diodes use industry standard diode packages and have peak power ratings up to 5000 watts, reducing board space while providing protection against ESD and high-power surge events. They have reverse voltage ratings from 5 to 512 volts and are available in uni- and bi-directional variants. Our high current radial TVS diodes are designed for primary line protection in high voltage AC and DC systems, with 15 to 500 V AC and DC operating voltages, and they can absorb up to 10,000-amp surge currents. They can provide a longer lifetime, faster response and lower clamping voltages than radial MOVs, providing superior protection and increased product reliability. https://www.eaton.com/us/en-us/catalog/electronic-components/tvs-diodes.html
