Eaton’s high-power surface mount TVS diodes use industry standard diode packages and have peak power ratings up to 5000 watts, reducing board space while providing protection against ESD and high-power surge events. They have reverse voltage ratings from 5 to 512 volts and are available in uni- and bi-directional variants. Our high current radial TVS diodes are designed for primary line protection in high voltage AC and DC systems, with 15 to 500 V AC and DC operating voltages, and they can absorb up to 10,000-amp surge currents.
